Since 1987 upto 2000, the company has completed many projects in and around Pune at Hadapsar, Viman Nagar, Akurdi, Somwar peth, Nigadi, Chinchwad, Pimpri, Aurangabad etc.

In 1999 -2003 the group launched various projects of 1.4 million sq.ft. like Sunshree project at NIBM road.

In 1999 - 2001 Suvarnayug at Aundh of 100 flats was constructed. Between 1999 and 2003 we launched various projects at NIBM road under the banner of Sunshree like Sunshree Phase I and II , Sunshree Gold, Crown, Kangan, Sunshree Woods, Emerald, Sunshree Suvarnayug, Suntec etc.

2002 is the landmark for Siddhivinayak Group when we launched the biggest commercial mall not only in Pune, but also in PCMC. About 901 shops and offices with a multiplex called Jai Ganesh Vision.

In 2003, we launched the first ever project in the world dedicated to woman entrepreneurs 'World of Mother'. It's the only site available on Google. She is the creator of world. Our world is a dedicated to her. For the love of Mother do check this website.

In 2003-2004, Siddhivinayak Group launched yet other landmark. The first mall in Vishrantwadi and the biggest ever project of Siddhivinayak Group on main Nasik highway 'Jai Ganesh Samrajya' - 1000 shops and offices, 207 row houses under the name of Princess Villa and 208, 1 and 2 bedroom flats and many more facilities like an IT Park.

In 2004 -05 at Pimple Saudagar Annex Aundh, Shubhashree Woods with 297 row houses on 5 lac sq ft of land has been developed. First ever biggest row house project in the vicinity. Today this area is one of the topmost areas in Pune.

In 2005 yet another project called Ginger at Pimple Saudagar with about 450 flats and 24 row houses was completed.
